A graduate of the Canadian Coast Guard College, she has held senior roles within Transport Canada and the Canadian Coast Guard, including Assistant Commissioner for the Central and Arctic Region and Director General of Maritime Safety and Security. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Pacific Pilotage Authority and currently sits on the boards of the Maritime Chamber of Commerce and Montréal International.
She also serves as co-chair of the Go Further Women pillar at Loblaw and is passionate about supporting the development of future women leaders across supply chain and the broader enterprise.
Since joining Loblaw in 2011, Sarah has held a range of senior leadership roles across brands, operations, and process improvement, including Vice President of Food Safety, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and Vice President of Loblaw Pharmacy Operations. She holds Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from the University of Guelph and a law degree from Dalhousie University, and previously practiced law at Stikeman Elliott LLP while also serving as an expert advisor to the President of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
She also oversees specialized provincial teams serving the real estate, healthcare, media and entertainment, and public sectors. With more than 20 years at RBC, Anne works closely with entrepreneurs and business leaders to support growth, productivity, and expansion strategies. Earlier in her career, she worked as an engineer in the agri-food industry, giving her practical insight into manufacturing and operational realities. She also launched RBCx, RBC’s innovation and tech banking platform for Eastern Canada, and is known for connecting traditional industries with emerging technology sectors.
She has held senior roles on Parliament Hill, working with Senators and Members of Parliament, and served as Managing Director of the Government Caucus Research Bureau, advising the Prime Minister, Cabinet, and government MPs. Recognized as one of the Top 100 Lobbyists of 2026 by The Hill Times, Melissa is known for her ability to work across sectors and political lines with integrity and impact.
She is actively involved in supply chain initiatives, including as Co-Chair of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Supply Chain Council, and contributes regularly to industry discussions on policy and leadership.

He has led the development and management of academic programs across Western Canada spanning business, legal, IT, education, and healthcare, with a strong focus on supporting learner success. Matt has also developed and delivered training for senior executives and high-performing sales teams, helping organizations strengthen talent development and accelerate growth.
With a background in IT and project management, he is currently completing a master’s degree in Open, Digital, and Distance Education with a focus on educational leadership.
Since joining RBC in 2012, Fahed has built a broad “front-to-back” career across the Advice Centre, Retail Banking, and Commercial Markets before joining the National Office, earning a reputation for driving financial performance while maintaining a strong risk and competitive profile.
A former business owner and entrepreneur, he brings a founder’s mindset to his work, bridging institutional finance with the realities of business ownership to strengthen client experience and industry collaboration across sectors including manufacturing, logistics, and asset management.
His publications include Housing Trends and Affordability, Provincial Outlook, and commentaries on provincial budgets. In his role, Robert regularly provides economic insights to RBC leadership, clients, and the media. He joined RBC in 2008 after 15 years with another Canadian financial institution as a senior economist specializing in industrial analysis.
Earlier in his career, he worked as an economist at Ontario Hydro, focusing on industrial and macroeconomic analysis. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Queen’s University and a Bachelor’s degree from Université de Montréal.
Since joining RBC in 2023, he has played a key role in expanding the group’s mandate and strengthening client relationships in the Québec market. With over 15 years of experience in banking and finance, Philippe has held roles across multiple financial institutions and served as a corporate finance advisor to large private companies.
He is actively involved in community initiatives, including the Cancer Research Society, and serves on the board of the Canadian Club of Montreal. Philippe holds a degree from HEC Montréal.
With a long-standing career at RBC, she has held senior leadership roles across commercial banking, private banking, healthcare markets, lease financing, and risk adjudication, demonstrating broad expertise across the financial services sector. Prior to her current role, she served as Regional Vice President of Private Banking, Québec, leading wealth planning strategies for high-net-worth clients and their businesses.
Beyond her professional work, Rosie is an active community leader, serving as President and Chair of the Douglas Hospital Research Institute Board and supporting numerous initiatives across Québec.
With a PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Calgary and more than 15 years of experience in Canadian market research, he translates complex behavioural data into clear, actionable insights. In addition to his industry work, Eddie has taught as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at both Mount Allison University and the University of Calgary, covering topics such as advanced analytics, research methods, and consumer psychology. His approach combines academic rigor with practical application to support real-world decision-making.
She has also served as President of the Manitoba Institute and Chair of the National Board, and is a dedicated instructor in the SCMP designation program.
She holds an MBA with a concentration in International Business and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where she served as a commissioned officer. She later worked at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, leading programs with complex geospatial and analytics components, before founding PolArctic to bridge the gap between science and business needs. Leslie is Yup’ik, Alaska Native, born and raised in Alaska, and has been recognized with the 2022 Women in AI North America Award for AI for Good: ESG and named to the 2021 Forbes Next 1000.
